Terms & Conditions – Al-Kamil Fragrances

Welcome to Al-Kamil Fragrances. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Product Disclaimer
Al-Kamil Fragrances is a reseller of branded and non-branded perfumes. We do not manufacture or produce any of the products sold. All product descriptions, packaging, and brand names belong to their respective owners.

We source our perfumes from reliable suppliers and aim to provide 100% authentic products unless otherwise stated. However, we do not take responsibility for any reaction, sensitivity, or dissatisfaction related to fragrance performance or ingredients.

2. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to price errors, stock issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in PKR. Prices may change at any time without notice. Shipping charges will be shown at checkout based on your delivery location.

4. Payment
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and other online payment options (if available). COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Used, opened, or damaged bottles will NOT be accepted for return or exchange.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

We do not accept returns based on personal preference, such as liking or disliking a fragrance.

6. Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery expected in 3–7 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once the item is shipped.

7. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your contact and shipping details are correct when placing the order. Al-Kamil Fragrances is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Authenticity & Packaging
Since we operate as a reseller, product packaging may vary depending on batch or supplier source. Some items may be tester versions or imports. These details will be mentioned clearly in the product description when applicable.

9. Changes to Terms
Al-Kamil Fragrances reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review them periodically.
